1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Nail German at nailgerman.com and app.nailgerman.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the service.
2. Intellectual Property
All grammar datasets, quiz structures, exam simulator algorithms, and visual branding are the exclusive proprietary property of Nail German. You may not scrape, copy, redistribute, or reverse-engineer our proprietary database.
3. Pro Purchases & Lifetime Access
Purchasing the "Pro Lifetime Pass" grants you perpetual personal access to all CEFR level questions, simulator tools, and future database additions. Monthly plans renew automatically until cancelled by the user in their account settings.
4. Disclaimer
Nail German is an independent preparation system. We are not officially affiliated with or endorsed by Goethe-Institut e.V. or telc gGmbH. All certification names are the property of their respective trademark holders.
